After downloaded the file follow below steps to install :

1.Charge battery full

2.Your phone should have the stock rom . If not then flash
your mobile with stock rom using ODIN (gingerbread v 2.3.6)

3.Now Shut down your phone completely

4.Press volume up+home+power button and wait for stock
recovery to appear

5.In recovery mode touch screen is disabled so you must use
with volume up and down key

6.In stock recovery select apply update from sd card and select
cwm.zip

7.Now there you are in cwm wipe data, cache and dalvik
cache(u can find dalvik cache in advanced option)

8.Go to mounts and storage and mount everything

9.Go to install zip from sd card>>> chose zip from sd card>>>
select nemesis aroma.zip

10.Now u are in aroma installer where touch is enabled. After
accepting the agreement u will get some flashing options,
flash stock kernel

11.Note : do not tick reboot after instalation

12.Now in cwm go to advanced and reboot recovery

13.After flash in cwm reboot recovery go to mounts and
storage, mount system, and flash nemesis aroma.zip.
In aroma flash nemesis rom

14.Note: again dont tick reboot

15.After flashing reboot system in cwm and wait for rom to
boot. It can take up to 10 min. Dont panic if u see black
screen… it can take even more than 10 min.

Now You have installed jelly bean update perfectly.

Note:
It's a perfect update to upgrade your gingerbread to jelly bean without spending your money . However it's your personal try to do it . if u miss a single step your mobile will stuck up on the boot screen it self. But it is worth a try.
